2. What we collect

• Booking enquiries: your name, phone number with country code, email (optional), event type, preferred date, city, venue, audience size, budget and your message.
• Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
• WhatsApp: if you message us, we see your number, name and messages. WhatsApp (Meta) handles that chat under its own privacy policy.
• Shop orders: the name, phone number and delivery address you share with us on WhatsApp to deliver your order.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting server keeps basic security logs such as IP address and browser type.

We do not take payments on this website and never ask for card or bank details here.

3. Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, quote for and arrange shows, process shop orders and reply to messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

4. Where it is kept and who sees it

Form entries are stored in this website’s database (hosted by Hostinger) and emailed to Vikram’s team. We share information only with the services needed to run the website and email, with couriers for shop deliveries, or when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies at the moment. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

6. YouTube videos

Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you tap play. After that, YouTube (Google) may collect data under its own privacy policy.

7. How long we keep it
