Shipping charges, if any, are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
Once your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking details on WhatsApp.
Please check your address and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because no one was available, re-delivery charges may apply. If your parcel arrives damaged, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
