This policy applies to online courses, recorded lessons, videos and downloadable digital products purchased through our website.

Access & Delivery

• Access period: Lifetime access to the purchased course content, unless the specific product page clearly states otherwise before purchase.
• Access method: Explained on the course page and in your purchase confirmation.
• Access activation: Normally within the time stated on the course page, after successful payment.
• Course details: The product page will describe the content, inclusions and any specific access conditions before purchase.

Lifetime access means access for the life of the course offering on our platform; it does not mean guaranteed access to a particular website or technology forever. We will handle material changes or discontinuation fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Technical Problems

If you cannot access purchased content, write to us via our contact page with your order number and a description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Course and digital product purchases are non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy excludes any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Permitted Use

Purchased content is for personal use unless a different licence is expressly granted. Copying, reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing course materials without permission is not permitted, except where allowed by law.
